A variety of people, from sales professionals with extensive experience to recent graduates with no experience, have seen tremendous success by joining the Allconnect sales team. Since we prefer to promote from within, this role can become a springboard to future leadership positions, such as managing your own sales team or joining our corporate team in one of our 3 locations. 

As an Inside Sales Representative you will act as a Home Services Consultant with the following duties: 

Assists callers who are in the moving process to help them set up their home utility services at their new address

Use a consultative and customer-focused sales approach when offering and selling products and services to customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL & more – no pushy sales tactics!

Work inside an industry-leading call center – taking 100% inbound calls –NO cold-calling!

Sell the right way - Be honest and do the right thing! - Create a best in class customer experience by building rapport and helping customers make an educated sales decision. Show them the value of available options, respond to their questions, and express how your services can benefit them

Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions, such as meeting sales goals and quality assurance requirements

Be the kind of person people want to work with – Be positive, helpful and encouraging to others

Master the keyboard, mouse and 2 computer monitors –multi-tasking between multiple systems and screens accurately to ensure customers are getting what we promised them

What you can expect from us:

Investment in your development with paid training and ongoing education – experience isn’t necessary – we’re best in-class in service and sales – we’ll share our secret sauce with you

Lucrative earnings potential - Compensation is comprised of an hourly base + commission. Commission is uncapped! Agents in the top 20% typically earn $60,000 a year or more. While the average agent earns $40,000-$50,000 a year in their first 12 months.
