Major Responsibilities

Engaging with Field Sales team after an order is placed and document the customer’s details

Establishing a trustworthy relationship with the customer based on knowledge

Educating customers on how to onboard devices to their new environment

Provide support for basic issues, and escalate to TAC all other issues

Providing additional training as needed to customers

Liaise with Customer Reference team once the customer is successfully on-boarded

Desired Background

Check Point seeks candidates with up to 2 years’ experience in a customer success, client services or account management position and with the following characteristics:

Enthusiastic team player with a passion for technology and customer service

Knowledge of Check Point products and licensing

Knowledge of networking and Linux preferred

Solution-minded professional with a drive to deliver value to demanding customers

Very personable and can establish a rapport with a customer over the phone and email

High Tech markets knowledge and interest

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Prepared to contact customers directly by phone and email

Persistent and goal-focused
