Job Description - is growing quickly and needs empathetic problem solvers for our Customer Experience team. Our ideal candidate is someone with social intuition that knows how to create a stellar experience during every customer interaction.

As a member of the Customer Experience team you'll work from our offices in downtown LA. You and the rest of the CX team handle all customer inquiries via email and chat. You will give sizing advice, product information, handle damaged products, and track down packages.

In short: You'll be on the front lines of ensuring that every mmml customer is a happy customer.

This position will be located in our office in downtown Los Angeles and is 40 hours a week, between the hours of 10am to 6pm PST.


Email all day, everyday: you're checking both Gmail and Zendesk constantly during shifts

Ready to chat: you’re interacting with customers on our live chat during scheduled hours

Communicate consistently: you’re active on Slack and email to stay connected with the rest of the team

Handle product issues: sizing + styling questions, inventory questions, damaged item requests

Handle warehouse issues: wrong items and missing items received

Handle shipping issues : lost packages, delayed shipping concerns


You need a great attitude and belief that excellent customer service is vital to a company’s success

We expect all employees to be self-starters and resourceful

Resume and application are 100% free of spelling or grammar errors

You're ready to work weekends when needed during retail holidays in November and December

Zendesk experience is a plus

Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

Extra points if you have an appreciation for sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture

Completed or in-process Bachelor's degree
