We’re currently looking for a new IT Support Analyst that can provide world-class support for our office in New York and upcoming stores. This is a challenging task that requires a self-dependent individual with the knowledge of defining new processes and procedures. The position will give you an opportunity to develop your own technical skill and to work both individually and as a part of a global team. We work with the latest technology and strive to maintain a modern and efficient working method. 

Main tasks: What you’ll be doing here 

Take the ownership of establishing a well-functioning IT support in New York. Adopt and adapt the industries best practices and create processes to meet local conditions.

Primarily provide on-site support to user issues and requests in a predominantly Apple Mac environment.

Create and manage accounts for IT related services and vendors.

Configure and deploy IT hardware such as computers, network devices, printers, AV equipment and other peripherals.

Coordinate procurement and delivery of new IT equipment.

Provide remote support for the first line to employees at DW world offices/stores on IT hardware and systems.

Monitoring global IT infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, escalate to proper specialist team or manager.

Handle maintenance of documentation, processes and flows.

Key competencies: Who we hope you are 

You have experience in supporting OS X and Windows based systems and love to give personal support to help users solve technical problems.

You have knowledge of both client and software deployment.

You have experience in managing network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls, and also hold a good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and application protocols.

You have a basic understanding of Linux and have exposure to scripting and terminal use.

You are an analytical troubleshooter and a fast learner. You enjoy diving into new technologies and tools.

You are a highly motivated and strong team player that actively collaborates with people around you to find solutions to problems. Working individually is not a problem.

You articulate yourself well in English, vocally and in writing.

You have a relevant education background or related work experience within IT support.


Relevant certifications

Knowledge of creating filesets in Filewave

Experience with current systems and applications (Office 365, Meraki, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Active Directory, NAV, AWS etc.)

Workplace: New York, USA. Some travels may occur.
