Are you an experienced customer service consultant or do you want to switch to customer service?

Are you looking for a full clock, but can be flexible for several days and hours of work?

If so, then I can be a great opportunity for you!

We are leaders in the market in our area, looking for a customer service center number to join our team. You will respond to customer requests, acquire new customers, process their orders and help clients.

Ideally, we are looking for previous experience with customers and sales, but we will be happy to consider candidates who believe that they have the necessary skills to be successful in this role.

If you are free, immediately call us for more information, interview days will be held this week from positions available for immediate start. Seminars and full training are conducted for new employees.

User profile / key skills:

Excellent verbal communication, numeracy and literacy

Planning for organization and physical activity

Ability to learn and use detailed knowledge about the product

Ability to adapt and use various internal processes

Be able to work as part of a team.

Should be reliable, tolerant and able to work under pressure. The prerequisite is the ability to be professional at any time and represent the company at a high professional level.

Great attention to detail

It is convenient to visit customers / places where it is necessary

The ability to identify and interpret customer needs

You can demonstrate the delivery of first-class customer service

Main responsibilities:

Promote our brand customers through individual sales strategies and customer service and provide information on:

prices and conditions of the product

Customer service

breakdown by product

sales consolidation

Develop and maintain good working relationships with specific consumers.

Work in close contact with an external seller, covering a certain territory and customer base, including collecting information.

Managing customer support in the sales process
